Lisa Glynn

Owner

Lisa graduated from the University of Iowa in 1987 with a B.B.A from the Tippie School of Business. Being surrounded by a family of division 1 athletes, she has a thorough understanding of the athletic mind, specifically the drive, determination, passion and pursuit of excellence. She's brings a successful 15+ year career in marketing and sales in the medical, consumer products and recruiting industries. Lisa is committed to finding the career opportunity that is best fit for your experience, skills and career aspirations-a fit that is a win for both you and your future employer.

Hap Peterson


Advisor

Hap graduated from the University of Iowa in 1985, where he was a four-year letter winner in football. During his collegiate career with the Hawkeyes, they won two Big Ten Titles and he was named 1st Team All-Big Ten as a Defensive Lineman. After graduating, he established a successful sales career, working for various medical device companies including: Boston Scientific, Medtronic, Synthes and Covidien. Hap is known for his aptitude in identifying and developing top-performing talent. He has created a process for helping individuals reach their full potential.
